PAFRAS is a charity and company limited by guarantee with a board of trustees who meet monthly to provide steering and oversight. PAFRAS staff also participate in these meetings.

We have one full-time and four part-time members of staff: a Project Manager, Mental Health Worker, two  part-time Destitution Caseworkers and one part time Drop-in Co-ordinator. The post of Information  Communications Officer was, unfortunately, made redundant in October 2013 due to funding ending.

We enjoy the dedicated support of a large group of volunteers, many of whom are former or current service users, whose participation is vital to the provision of our services.
